Gem Trails sticker displays are provided free to approved participating businesses and visitor locations, subject to availability.
Submitting a sticker request does not guarantee acceptance or supply. Gem Trails may change, pause or end the sticker programme at any time.
Stickers and displays must not be altered, reproduced, sold or used in a misleading way without permission from Gem Trails.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Gem Trails name, branding, written content, photographs, videos, graphics and downloadable materials belong to Gem Trails or are used with permission.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished or used commercially without prior written permission. You may share links to Gem Trails pages and social content.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Gem Trails is not responsible for loss, injury, damage, inconvenience or expense resulting from reliance on website information, visiting a featured location or using a third-party product or service.
